Cancellation & Booking Guarantee Policy
Effective from 12 January 2026, all bookings require a valid credit card guarantee when booked online or prepayment if directed by the restaurant prior to booking.
Details of applicable penalties and time periods are clearly disclosed at time of booking via the booking system.
By confirming a booking, guests agree to all terms and conditions, including sitting times, minimum spend requirements (where applicable), and cancellation policies.
Standard Sitting Times & Cancellation Fees
Bookings of 2–3 persons
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday
• $25 per person fee applies for no-shows only.
• Cancellations can be made online if booked without staff assistance, please refer to your original booking confirmation.
• For help cancelling, please message us via our website enquiry form or social media/website chat before the deadline.
• Phone lines: Tuesday–Sunday, 4pm–10pm.
Bookings of 4–8 persons
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
• $25 per person fee applies for no-shows or cancellations within 2 hours of the booking time.
• Cancellations can be made online if booked without staff assistance, please refer to your original booking confirmation.
• Assistance available via website or social media chat prior to the deadline.
• Phone lines: Tuesday–Sunday, 4pm–10pm.
Bookings of 2–3 persons
Friday & Saturday
• $25 per person fee applies for no-shows or cancellations within 1 hour of the booking time.
• Cancellations can be made online if booked without staff assistance, please refer to your original booking confirmation.

Bookings of 4–8 persons
Friday, Saturday & Sunday
• $150 per table fee applies for no-shows or cancellations within 12 hours of the booking time.
• Cancellations can be made online if booked without staff assistance, please refer to your original booking confirmation.

Package Bookings
Amore A Due – All Days
• $100 per table fee applies for no-shows or cancellations within 12 hours of the booking time.
• Cancellations can be made online if booked without staff assistance, please refer to your original booking confirmation.
Spritz O’Clock Package
• $20 per table fee applies for no-shows or cancellations within 3 hours of the booking time.
• Cancellations can be made online if booked without staff assistance, please refer to your original booking confirmation.
Large Group Bookings (9+ Guests)
• Full prepayment required.
• 72-hour cancellation policy applies, including reductions in guest numbers.
Early Departure & Minimum Spend Enforcement
Where a minimum spend or set package applies, early departure due to disagreement with the booking terms, menu inclusions, or conditions does not waive the booking agreement.
In these cases, the applicable cancellation or minimum spend fee will still be charged.
No-Show Policy
If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Via our phone number 02 9556 9119, website chat or instagram chat or via our enquiries page.
We will attempt to contact you with the supplied phone number on the booking within the 10-minute grace period. If we do not hear from you, the booking will be classified as a no-show and the applicable fee will be charged. All attempted successful or unsuccessful incoming and outgoing calls are logged.

• Maintain smooth service flow and reasonable wait times
• Allow our kitchen and team to prepare accurately for each service
• Prevent fake or low-intent bookings
• Ensure minimum spend and package conditions are respected
