Spritz O’Clock – Terms & Conditions

Booking Guarantee

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your Spritz O’Clock reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 3 hours prior to the booking time will not incur a fee.

Cancellations made within 3 hours of the booking time will incur a $20 per person cancellation fee, charged to the credit card on file.

Sitting Time & Seating

• Dining time is limited to 90 minutes from the booking time.

• Requests for additional time must be made prior to booking and are subject to availability.

• Preferential seating requests cannot be guaranteed.

No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive for your booking without notice will result in a $20 per person no-show fee, charged to the credit card on file.

Amendments

Reservation changes are subject to availability and must be made at least 3 hours prior to the booking time to avoid the cancellation fee.

Package Conditions

• Spritz O’Clock is offered strictly as a set aperitivo package and cannot be changed to the standard à la carte menu on the day of dining.

• Guests are welcome to order additional food or beverages from the à la carte menu, which will be charged at standard menu prices.

• The package price is a fixed minimum spend of $32 per person. No refunds, reductions, or substitutions will be provided for skipped items or uneaten dishes.

Menu Inclusions

• One drink per person, selected from:

  • Any spritz

  • Any wine by the glass

  • Any mocktail from the standard menu

• Shared antipasti, as follows:

  • Two antipasti for tables of two

  • Three antipasti for tables of three

Additional Drinks Offer

(Drinks ordered between 4:00pm–5:00pm)

• Aperol Spritz or Funkatello Spritz — $11 each

• House wine (red, white or Prosecco) — $6 per glass

This offer is only available in conjunction with this package and is limited to one drink per person per order, subject to Responsible Service of Alcohol.

Dietary Requirements

Any dietary requirements or allergies must be advised at the time of booking or well in advance. While we will do our best to accommodate, some dietary needs may not be able to be catered for within the set package format not all ingredients are listed on the menu, please contact us prior for any questions.

Availability & Exclusions

• Spritz O’Clock is available from 4:00pm only.

• 10% surcharge applies on Sundays

• Not valid on public holidays, special event days (i.e. Sydney Street Festival), or in conjunction with any other promotions.
