Booking Guarantee
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure all Spritz O’Clock reservations.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 3 hours prior to the booking time will not incur a fee.
Cancellations made within 3 hours of the booking time will incur a $20 per person cancellation fee, charged to the credit card on file.
Sitting Time & Seating
Dining time is limited to 90 minutes from the booking time.
Requests for extended dining time must be made prior to booking and are subject to availability.
Preferential seating requests are welcomed but cannot be guaranteed.
No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive for your booking without notice will result in a $20 per person no-show fee, charged to the credit card on file.
Amendments
Reservation changes are subject to availability.
Amendments must be made at least 3 hours prior to the booking time to avoid the cancellation fee.
Package Conditions
Spritz O’Clock is offered strictly as a set aperitivo package and cannot be changed to the standard à la carte menu on the day of dining.
Guests may order additional food or beverages from the à la carte menu, charged at standard menu prices.
The package price of $32 per person constitutes a fixed minimum spend.
No refunds, substitutions, or reductions will be provided for skipped items, uneaten dishes, or personal preference.
